About Funmi & L.A.A

Hi, I'm Funmi. And this? This is work that matters to my heart and my faith.

I'm not here to impress you with credentials or promise you quick fixes. I'm here because I know what it feels like to watch everything fall apart, choose faith over fear, and rebuild anyway with God as my foundation.

Years ago, my husband and I poured our hearts and savings into a Telecomms business we believed in. For a while, it looked like we were making it. Until we weren't. There was no loud ending, just a slow unravelling. And then silence.

That silence is what changed me.

I call it functional survival, the season where you're raising children, smiling through stress, clinging to scripture whilst whispering to yourself, "God, we cannot live like this again." But in that broken place, something sacred happened. I made a quiet promise: We will rebuild, but not like this. And not without God at the centre.

Defining "Arrival": More Than Geography

Here's what I've discovered: arrival isn't just about changing postcodes. It's about those pivotal moments when you transition from one season to another, moments that require both faith and practical wisdom to navigate well.

You've "arrived" when:

  • You've physically relocated to the UK and need to rebuild your financial foundation
  • You've spiritually arrived at a deeper understanding of calling on your life
  • You've emotionally arrived at the decision that "enough is enough", poverty mindset ends here
  • You've mentally arrived at the realisation that biblical stewardship includes both prosperity and generosity
  • You've practically arrived at a place where you're ready to learn biblical financial principles

Life After Arrival is about everything that comes after these breakthrough moments, when you know you've been moved from one season to another, and now you need Kingdom strategies to build well in your new chapter.

What I've Learned About Biblical Financial Fitness

Through prayer, study, and practical testing, I've discovered that biblical design for our finances is far more beautiful than either the prosperity gospel's excess or the poverty mindset's limitations.

Biblical Financial Fitness is where scriptural wisdom guides wealth-building, where faith meets finance, and where God's Word provides principles for your financial decisions.

This isn't about:

  • Prosperity theology or "name it and claim it" approaches
  • Spiritual-sounding excuses for poor stewardship
  • Separating your faith from your finances

This is about:

  • Kingdom stewardship that honours biblical principles and builds generational wealth
  • Biblical wisdom applied to modern UK financial systems
  • Faith-aligned strategies that create both spiritual and financial breakthroughs
  • Practical wisdom rooted in Scripture, not worldly schemes

The Clarity Framework: Biblical Foundation for Financial Freedom

Through study, prayer, and practical testing during my rebuilding season, I developed the Clarity Framework. Five biblical principles that transform how we handle money:

1. Clarity "Where there is no vision, the people perish" (Proverbs 29:18)

Seeing the truth about where you are financially, spiritually, and practically. No shame, no denial, just honest stewardship assessment.

2. Structure "For God is not the author of confusion" (1 Corinthians 14:33)

Creating financial systems that reflect order and bring peace to your household. Biblical budgeting that honours first fruits and builds family harmony.

3. Consistency "The plans of the diligent lead to profit" (Proverbs 21:5)

Building sustainable rhythms for giving, saving, and spending that align with your values. Faithful in little, ruler over much.

4. Protection "A prudent person foresees danger and takes precautions" (Proverbs 22:3)

Safeguarding what has been entrusted to you through wise insurance, emergency funds, and UK-compliant financial strategies that protect your family's future.

5. Legacy "A good person leaves an inheritance for their children's children" (Proverbs 13:22)

Building wealth that outlasts you, financially, spiritually, and relationally. Kingdom-minded money management that impacts generations.

Systems that actually work for your real life: Not Instagram-perfect strategies, but biblical frameworks for people with real responsibilities and real faith

Faith integration that transforms everything: Biblical principles that help you navigate modern UK life with confidence, clarity, and Kingdom impact

My Heart for This Work

Today, I'm a certified Financial Adviser with a deep conviction to serve those in transition. I don't teach from the mountaintop. I teach from the middle, from the messy, sacred space where you're not who you were but not quite where you're going.

This is a space for people who are still becoming.

My heart is simple: to make sure no one has to rebuild from financial collapse in silence, without biblical strategies, as I did.
